Complex Management of a Young Cardiomyopathy Patient Leading to Durable LVAD
We report the complex case of a 26-year-old male suffering from chronic cardiomyopathy exacerbated by recent COVID infection. He had an extended hospital course and despite numerous challenges, the patient eventually received a durable left ventricular assist device (LVAD).
