Cardiac Tamponade Associated to an Early EBV-Induced Lymphoma After Heart Transplantation: A Case Report

We present a 2 month cardiac transplant patient who developed an EBV-associated primo infection PTLD, complicated of massive pericardial effusion, successfully treated with rituximab and combination chemotherapy.
