INL/AP is now seeking applications from organizations or institutions of higher learning with the requisite capacity and experience to implement rule of law education programs in Afghanistan. Specifically, the organization or institution of higher learning will develop and implement a visiting scholar program to an accredited U.S. law school which will consist of a LL.M. degree study for law students, professors, and/or lawyers working in the Afghan public sector focusing on a skills-based education, including clinical education and assisting potential candidates with employment opportunities within Afghanistan once they graduate and return to Afghanistan.
