Sophoricoside improved Crohn's disease-like colitis by inhibiting intestinal epithelial cell apoptosis through PI3K/AKT signaling

CONCLUSIONS: SOP can reduce IECs apoptosis through the inhibition of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway, thereby protecting the intestinal barrier.
