CNP Ameliorates Macrophage Inflammatory Response and Atherosclerosis

CONCLUSIONS: Our study reveals that CNP enhanced plaque stability and alleviated macrophage inflammatory responses by promoting HIF-1α degradation, suggesting a novel atheroprotective role of CNP.
