Metabolomics and miRNA profiling reveals feature of gallbladder cancer-derived biliary extracellular vesicles

CONCLUSIONS: Our findings demonstrate that the contents of exosomes are disease-specific, particularly in gallbladder cancer, and that altered metabolites convey critical information regarding their phenotype.
