Simvastatin-loaded 3D aerogel scaffolds promote bone regeneration

CONCLUSION: The PLCL/gelatin aerogel scaffold, when loaded with Simvastatin, demonstrates a more pronounced potential in enhancing osteoblast proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.
