Conclusion Small-vessel CNS vasculitis can occur simultaneously to other autoimmune diseases (ADs) in the scope of polyautoimmunity. As clinical findings of CNS vasculitis are often unspecific, neurological symptoms in nonneurological ADs should be adressed thoroughly.
