Effects of traditional Chinese exercises in fibromyalgia syndrome: A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials
CONCLUSIONS: TCEs can improve pain, sleep quality and depression in patients with FMS and are safe. However, they do not improve the quality of life significantly.
