Vaginal bleeding in pregnancy and adverse clinical outcomes: a systematic review and meta-analysis
Conclusions: Vaginal bleeding in the first trimester of pregnancy is associated with preterm birth, LBW, PROMs, miscarriage, stillbirth, placental abruption and placenta previa.
