Cross-Cultural Adaptation, Reliability, and Validity of the Turkish Sensory Responsiveness Questionnaire

CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE: The 36-item SRQ is reliable and valid for analyzing the sensory processing abilities of adults in the Turkish population. Plain-Language Summary: People with mental disorders commonly have difficulties with sensory processing. No sensory responsiveness questionnaire specific to the Turkish population or culture is available for people with mental disorders. This study shows that the current form of the Turkish Sensory Responsiveness Questionnaire can contribute to understanding the sensory processing abilities of Turkish people with and without mental disorders.PMID:38198488 | DOI:10.5014/ajot.2024.050378
