Comparison of clinical effects and safety of remidazolam and esketamine for preoperative sedation in children

CONCLUSION: In children aged 1-4 years, compared with 0.5 mg/kg esketamine, intravenous injection of 0.2 mg/kg remidazolam for preoperative sedation has a slightly longer onset time and is associated with a shorter recovery time and more stable hemodynamics, suggesting its good feasibility and safety.PMID:38189400 | PMC:PMC10774111 | DOI:10.12122/j.issn.1673-4254.2023.12.18
