Replaced posterior cerebral artery
ConclusionCareful imaging assessment is important to identify replaced PCA. Both direct findings of a hyperplastic AChA course and perfusion territory and indirect findings of the absence of the original PCA are useful in the diagnosis of replaced PCA.
