Analysis of the features of severe asthma patients with aspirin intolerance.
NSAID-exacerbated respiratory disease(NERD) is a T2-phenotype of severe-asthma(SA), usually associated with chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS) with/without polyps and no allergy. The mean age of patients in studies is>60 years and young adults are poorly known. Moreover, most publications don ´t confirm CRS and NERD. We analyze the features of SA in younger(18-40 years) and aspirin intolerant individuals recruited from eight SA units of BIOBADALER-consortium.
