We thank Sha et al.1 for their insightful letter on our study,2 wherein we demonstrated that Lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive fraction of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP-L3) and des-carboxy prothrombin (DCP) were strong predictors of post-transplant hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) recurrence.
