Mediation Analysis Of Troponin Release And Low-attenuation Plaque Burden In Patients With Stable Chest Pain
Introduction: Coronary low-attenuation plaque (LAP) burden is a robust predictor of myocardial infarction in patients with stable chest pain. Our objective was to evaluate the association between LAP burden and systemic levels of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T (hs-cTnT). Additionally, we sought to explore the potential underlying etiology in patients who are undergoing clinically indicated coronary CT angiography (CCTA).
