Effectiveness of CBT for reducing depression and anxiety in people with epilepsy: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials

CONCLUSION: The result of our study showed that Cognitive behavioral therapy is a superior therapy for treating anxiety and depression in epilepsy patients. CBT was effective in improving Quality of life in patients with epilepsy.
