Observational study to understand the effect of timing and regularity on sleep metrics and cardiorespiratory parameters using data from a smart bed

This study highlights how sleep regularity and chronotype influence sleep quality and cardiorespiratory metrics. Irrespective of chronotype, sleep regularity demonstrated a substantial effect. Further research is necessary to confirm these findings.PMID:38153128 | DOI:10.1080/07420528.2023.2298267
