Comparative safety of tenecteplase vs alteplase for acute ischemic stroke
Tenecteplase has been compared to alteplase in acute stroke randomized trials, with similar outcomes and safety measures, but higher doses of tenecteplase have been associated with higher hemorrhage rates in some studies.
