Novel data-driven subtypes and stages of brain atrophy in the ALS –FTD spectrum

ConclusionsOur findings suggest distinct neurodegenerative subtypes of disease along the ALS –FTD spectrum that can be identified in vivo, each with distinct brain atrophy, clinical, genetic and pathological patterns.
