Analysis of a Pilot Evaluation of the Safety and Efficacy of Intravesical Sustained Release System of Lidocaine and Oxybutynin (TRG-100)
We congratulate Raisin et al.1 on their analysis of the safety and efficacy of TRG-100 via intravesical drug installation (IDI) for the treatment of patients with interstitial cystitis / bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS), overactive bladder (OAB) and stented patients following endourological intervention (EUI). The results of their open label pilot study showcased statistically significant improvements across all patient groups.
