Menopausal age and cardiovascular disease risk in American women: evidence from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey

CONCLUSION: Menopausal age is associated with the risk of developing CVD in American females. Specifically, if menopause occurs earlier, there is an increased risk of CVD.
