Latitude impact on COVID-19 mortality rate and case incidence in Peru, the Andean country with the highest accumulated mortality rate worldwide

Conclusions: Latitude may have a protective effect against COVID-19 mortality rate and case incidence. More studies are needed to assess this relationship.
