Metastatic prostate cancer is associated with distinct higher frequency of genetic mutations at diagnosis

CONCLUSION: Patients with M1PCa demonstrated characteristic genetic mutations compared to M0PCa, which most often influenced androgen receptor signaling and is associated with worse survival. In addition, we identified distinct genetic mutations between castration sensitive and resistant M1PCa.
