In this study, we investigate the efficacy of the neuropeptide alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone ( α-MSH) in promoting endothelial regeneration during the critical window between ocular injury and the onset of endothelial decompensation using an established murine model of injury using transcorneal freezing.
