Factors Affecting Adherence to Lipid-lowering Drugs: A Scoping Review

CONCLUSIONS: Recommendations to improve adherence include educating patients on the disease itself and the importance of the treatment, modification of the dosing, timing and type of LLDs, and effective consultations by healthcare workers.
