Long-term control of acromegaly after pituitary surgery in South-Eastern Norway
ConclusionIn unselected patients with acromegaly, the long-term biochemical control rate remains modest. Our findings indicate a need to identify patients at an earlier stage and improve therapeutic methods and surgical outcomes.
