A 57-year-old woman with no significant medical history presented with postmenopausal bleeding. An endometrial biopsy was consistent with endometrial adenocarcinoma, endometrioid type with squamous differentiation, Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) grade 1.
