Anti-Ri associated ophthalmoplegia, ataxia and spastic tetraparesis revealing breast cancer
Background: Anti-Ri (ANNA2) antibodies are well-characterized onconeural antibodies. In women, breast cancer is the most frequently associated with anti-Ri mediated paraneoplastic neurologic syndromes (PNS), and brainstem involvement is a commonly reported clinical feature.
