Prevalence and factors associated with burnout among healthcare providers in Malaysia: a web-based cross-sectional study
ConclusionEvery fourth out of ten suffered from personal burnout, one-third from work-related burnout, and one-seventh from client-related burnout among healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Healthcare systems must take care of healthcare workers ’ physical and emotional depletion, reducing the risk of burnout.
