Optimization And Scaling Of Coronary CT Angiogram Workflows - Perspectives From A Quaternary Care Center
Introduction: Recognition of coronary CT angiogram(CCTA) as a 1st-line modality for chest pain evaluation by various guidelines has led to an increase in imaging requests. Many barriers hinder its scaling like scanner capability, workforce,& geography. CCTAs also require longer time slots for patient preparation, and physician supervision. The aim of this interrupted time-series analysis is to evaluate the impact of various iterative interventions to optimize CCTA workflow& meet increasing demands.
