Introduction: Although extensive literature exists on the use of coronary artery calcium scoring (CACS) or coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) in middle-aged individuals with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD), few reports exist on their value in a younger population. We aimed to characterize plaque burden and advanced plaque subtypes in young patients with stable chest pain.
