The Effect of Renal Replacement Therapy in a Patient with Mercaptopurine Toxicity: Time to Revise Guidelines
CONCLUSION: In this case of thiopurine toxicity, a patient with autoimmune hepatitis presents with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
