Osthole inhibits malignant phenotypes and induces ferroptosis in KRAS-mutant colorectal cancer cells via suppressing AMPK/Akt signaling
ConclusionOur results suggested that the natural product osthole exerted its anticancer effects in KRAS-mutant CRC cells via inducing ferroptosis, and this was partially through inhibiting AMPK/Akt/mTOR signaling. Our results may expand our current knowledge for the use of osthole as an anticancer agent.
