Psychiatric Approach in Phantom Erection Postpenectomy Patient
CONCLUSION: A psychiatric approach was needed in an amputated limb patient with psychopathologic symptoms. Nonpsychopharmacotherapy and psychopharmacotherapy were needed if the patient had symptoms.
