Prediction of the Efficacy of Lumbar Sympathetic Block in Patients with Lower Extremity Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 1 Based on the Sympathetic Skin Response
ConclusionsPatients with lower extremity CRPS-1 can experience significant pain relief after LSB treatment. The predictors of successful symptom relief after LSB treatment were a baseline SSR amplitude of the affected extremity < 510 µV and a disease duration < 12 months.Trial RegistrationThe study was registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry (ID: ChiCTR2000037755, date of registration: September 4, 2020).
