Evaluation of pure subarachnoid hemorrhage after mechanical thrombectomy in a series of 781 consecutive patients

CONCLUSION: We suggest that dual-energy computed tomography could better distinguish between blood and pure contrast stagnation. Still, SAH was not associated with an unfavorable outcome in stroke patients undergoing thrombectomy.PMID:36916147 | DOI:10.1177/15910199231163046
