Inhibition of PD-L1 and tumor growth in triple-negative breast cancer using a magnetic nanovector with microRNA34a

ConclusionThis study is the first to modulate PD-L1 by delivering miRNA34a with magnetic nanoparticles, and the results suggest that miRNA34a can be delivered effectively using magnetic nanoparticles and has potential as a molecular imaging contrast agent.
