Bone mineral density response to antiosteoporotic drugs in older depressed adults
ConclusionsOur study has shown that the presence of depression and/or serotonergic antidepressant use was associated with non-response to osteoporosis treatment in older adults. The results of our study may guide physicians to make treatment decisions in older individuals with depression.
