Long-term outcomes and risk factors for mortality of patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy undergoing septal myectomy

CONCLUSIONS: Surgical outcomes in hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy are favorable in the long-term, except in patients with preoperative atrial fibrillation.
