In conclusion, acacetin improved myo cardial mitochondrial dysfunction through regulating oxidative stress, mitochondrial fission and fusion, and mitochondrial pathway apoptosis mediated by PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in hypertensive rats with IR.Graphical Abstract
