Pravastatin Reduces Matrix Metalloproteinases Expression and Promotes Cholesterol Efflux in Osteoarthritis Chondrocytes

CONCLUSION: Pravastatin can reduce the expression of MMPs in IL-1β-induced human chondrocytes and protect the chondrocyte matrix.
