Chloride intracellular channel 1 promotes esophageal squamous cell carcinoma proliferation via mTOR signalling
CONCLUSIONS: CLIC1 expression increases during esophageal carcinogenesis and it may functionally contribute to the progression of ESCC through growth promotion effects by promoting the mTOR and downstream signaling pathway. CLIC1 therefore constitutes a candidate molecular biomarker of ESCC.PMID:36252281 | DOI:10.1016/j.tranon.2022.101560
