1.64 Pharmacological and Nonpharmacological Treatments of Individuals With Fragile X Syndrome
Fragile X syndrome (FXS), caused by epigenetic silencing of the fragile X messenger ribonucleoprotein 1 (FMR1) gene, is associated with multiple neurobehavioral abnormalities that require pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatments. Here, we report on the frequency and type of such treatments for children with FXS.
