Botulinum Toxin for the Treatment of Extra-Pyramidal Symptoms of Lesch-Nyhan Syndrome (P6.252)

CONCLUSIONS:We hypothesize that botulinum toxin type A, both incobotulinum (Xeomin) and onabotulinum (Botox) may be an effective treatment of dystonia and opisthotonus in patients with LNS and may also improve self injurious behavior.
