A dedicated Stroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation (SPAF) clinic for the acute assessment and initiation of anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation. (P1.056)

CONCLUSIONS: This confirms the feasibility of a dedicated AF anticoagulation clinic and it’s ability to significantly increase anticoagulation rates among patients with AF.
