Risk of dementia in patients with periodontitis and related protective factors: a nationwide retrospective cohort study.
CONCLUSIONS: Periodontitis was a risk factor for dementia, while the use of statins and metformin may reduce the risk of dementia.

Potential Therapeutic Benefits of Dipyridamole in COVID-19 Patients.
CONCLUSION: Dipyridamole may substantially help improve the clinical outcomes of COVID-19 treatment. The pharmacokinetics profile of the drug is well established which makes it easier to design an appropriate therapeutic course. The drug is also generally safe, affordable, and available worldwide. Initial clinical trials have shown a substantial promise for dipyridamole in treating critically ill COVID-19 patients, yet larger randomized and controlled trials are needed to confirm this promise.

Complete Oculomotor Palsy after Influenza Vaccination in a Young Healthy Adult: A Case Report
We present a case report of a 25-year-old woman without any medical history who developed complete oculomotor palsy 2 weeks after influenza vaccination. Other possible causes of oculomotor nerve palsy, such as stroke, compressive lesions, infections, and autoimmune disorders, were eliminated by blood tests, cerebrospinal fluid examination, and imaging studies.
