Conclusion Neurological involvement is a common complication of PSV (Table 1), and neurologists play an important role in the identification and diagnosis of PSV patients with otherwise unexplained neurological symptoms as their chief complaint. Evaluation of health utility values for diabetic complications, treatment regimens, glycemic control and other subjective symptoms in diabetic patients using the EQ-5D-5L
ConclusionsThe utility decrement related to each diabetic complication varied with its severity and accompanying symptoms. Complex treatment regimens were independently associated with lower utility values. The utility decrement associated with diabetic complication and complex treatment regimens would be overestimated in the analysis without adjustment for glycemic control or other subjective symptoms.
