Incidence of Thromboembolic Complications Following Kidney Transplantation with Short and Extended Aspirin Prophylaxis: A Retrospective Single-Center Study
CONCLUSIONS Extended-duration aspirin use did not significantly reduce the incidence of VTE in the first 6 weeks following kidney transplantation. An association was identified between anti-human thymocyte immunoglobulin and VTE, which requires further assessment.PMID:37309097 | DOI:10.12659/AOT.939143

Association of intradialytic hypertension with future cardiovascular events and mortality in hemodialysis patients: effects of ambulatory blood pressure
CONCLUSIONS: IDHTN patients had higher risk for mortality and cardiovascular outcomes but this risk is at least partly confounded by the elevated BP levels during the interdialytic period.PMID:37302385 | DOI:10.1159/000531477

Clinical outcomes of different revascularization approaches for patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease: A network meta-analysis
CONCLUSIONS: ONCABG shows a better rank probability compared to all other techniques for preventing TVR, while RCAB offers greater freedom from most postoperative complications. However, given the absence of randomized controlled trials, these results should be interpreted with caution.PMID:37294619 | DOI:10.1177/02676591231182585
