Endovascular repair combined with in situ fenestration for new ‐onset or residual arch dissection in patients underwent aortic replacement
ConclusionOur preliminary experience suggests that endovascular total arch repair combined with ISF technique is a viable, effective and safe option for treatment. Our mid-term results have been promising, but we acknowledge the need for further evaluation to assess long-term outcomes and durability.

Multicenter comparison of antiplatelet treatment strategies for urgent/emergent neuroendovascular stenting
CONCLUSION: The optimal timing of antiplatelet administration in relation to stent placement and route of administration of antiplatelet agents is unclear. Timing and route of administration of antiplatelet agents may have an effect on thrombosis in emergent neuroendovascular stenting. Significant practice variation exists in antiplatelet agent utilization in emergent neuroendovascular stenting.PMID:37402388 | DOI:10.1177/15910199231180003

Single-Center Preliminary Experience with Gutter-Plugging Chimney Stent-Graft for Aortic Dissection
ConclusionThe initial results of the Longuette ™ stent-graft for revascularization of the left subclavian artery are encouraging with a high technical success rate. Further multicenter follow-up outcomes are required to assess the long-term durability.Level of EvidenceLevel 4, Case Series.

Cardiac remodeling after tricuspid valve repair in Ebstein ’s anomaly: a magnetic resonance study
ConclusionsReverse biventricular remodeling took place in EA after tricuspid valve surgery. Tricuspid valve reconstruction should be performed before deterioration of RV volume overload and LV function to achieve reverse RV remodeling.Key Points•After removing the volume load of tricuspid regurgitation in Ebstein ’s anomaly, reverse remodeling was detected by CMR in both left and right heart at midterm follow-up.•Tricuspid valve reconstruction should be performed before deterioration of RV volume overload and LV function to achieve reverse RV remodeling.

Biventricular Pressure-Volume Loop Assessment Before and After Pulmonary Valve Replacement in Tetralogy of Fallot
Patients with tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) may undergo pulmonary valve replacement (PVR) after initial full repair. We investigated indices of biventricular function, work and efficiency of TOF patients' using noninvasive pressure-volume (PV) loop analysis on cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) images and compared pre-and post PVR groups. Biventricular segmentations of steady state free precession CMR images were performed using custom validated software (Segment version 2.0 R7067). Brachial cuff pressure estimated left ventricular (LV) systolic pressure. Right ventricular (RV) inputs were obtained from pre-PVR cardiac ca...

Outcomes of endovascular treatment of thoracic aorta pathologies: 10-year single-center results
CONCLUSION This study reported the outcomes of TEVAR treatment from a tertiary medical center in Turkey over a decade. Patients presenting with acute symptoms and who developed stroke and acute renal failure after the procedure should be carefully followed up as these factors were found to be associated with mortality.PMID:35950282 | DOI:10.5152/dir.2022.211293
